Openings

Nialli is currently looking for two highly motivated sales managers who will develop and implement strategies in North America to drive and close new business.

The successful candidates will be self-starters, proficient in consultative and relationship selling in a business-to-business context.

What we develop and sell

Nialli develops visual collaboration applications designed for teams engaged in highly collaborative planning and design activities. Our portfolio is focused on Lean Construction practices and provides easily understood ways for individuals and groups to work together in both in-person and remote scenarios.

Our unique use of interactive displays for group interaction provides significant value for high-functioning teams. We are an early-stage organization with a growing customer base in the construction industry in North America, UK, Europe and Australia. Nialli applications are cloud-based on the Microsoft® Azure platform.

You will

Generate Leads
  • Utilize Nialli’s CRM, email and other tools to identify and create new sales leads
  • Leverage social media tools (e.g., LinkedIn) for effective prospecting and social selling
  • Identify target accounts in the territory. Attend regional and industry association events.

Qualify Prospects

  • Understand the prospects’ needs and recommend appropriate products and related services
  • Engage prospects in product demos, identify key challenges and product fit

Drive Revenue

  • Proactively seek new opportunities and close business in the construction industry. Sales will be a combination of annual software subscriptions and related services.

Build Relationships

  • Establish and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with prospects and customers

Collaborate

  • Work closely with existing accounts, industry consultants and Nialli resellers (sales agents) to develop new opportunities
  • Work with the Nialli sales and marketing team to provide insights, high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts and email campaigns

You have

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • Experience with social selling via LinkedIn
  • Experience with CRM and other technology tools (HubSpot)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A creative, highly collaborative mindset and approach to your work, with the ability to tailor messaging to different segments of the construction industry
  • A positive and results-driven attitude and flexibility in responding to changing requirements and priorities
  • Experience in the Construction and Engineering markets would be an asset

This is a Calgary-based role.
