Accessing your account

When a user is added to a plan in Nialli™ Visual Planner, they will receive an email inviting them to join the plan. Clicking on the link will direct them to a page to set up an account or log in if they already have an account. 

Create a user account 

Step 1: To access Nialli™ Visual Planner 

Go to https://software.nialli.com in your browser (Chrome™ recommended). 

Step 2: Sign up 

1. Click Sign up on the home page.
2. You’ll be prompted to create an account using your email address and a password. 

Step 3: Create your account 

1. Enter your email address and click Continue.
2. Create a password following the password rules provided.
3. Click Continue to proceed. 

Step 4: Trust your device (optional) 

You’ll be asked whether you want your device to be trusted for a quicker and more secure log-in using fingerprint or face recognition. 

Choose one of the following: 

• Continue — Trust this device.
• Remind me later — Skip this step for now.
• Not on this device — Recommended for shared or public devices. 

Step 5: Verify your email 

1. Check your inbox for a verification email from Nialli NoReply.
2. Click Verify your account in the email. 

Step 6: Access your plans 

Once logged in: 

• Any plans you’ve been invited to will be shown.
• If you encounter any issues, contact Nialli Support[link to contact support page] for help.
