The activity report provides a detailed, scrollable view of the activities in your plan, organized by trade and time. This in-app report is ideal for reviewing and sharing what each team is scheduled to do week by week. The report can be customized to show selected trades, areas of work and a specific time span.
It visually mirrors the plan board, helping teams align, review workloads and stay accountable.
Accessing the activity report
To open the activity report:
- In the menu on the left, click Reports.
- Select the Activity report tab at the top of the view.
You’ll now see a scrollable timeline view that displays:
- Lanes (vertical) — organized by trade
- Days and weeks (horizontal) — showing the full planning timeline
- Activities — grouped under their respective trades for clear, structured reporting
Customize the activity report
To filter or adjust what appears in the report:
- Click the Activity report setup button at the top of the screen.
- A dialog will appear with the following:
- Trades drop-down list — select individual trades or use the toggle to Select all
- Report duration — select the number of weeks to include (1–8)
- Start date — use the calendar to select when the report should begin
- A note below: “Minimized lanes will not appear in the activity report”
- Click Save to apply changes or Cancel to discard.
Note: Lanes that are minimized in the plan view will not be shown in the report. Make sure any lane you want included is fully expanded before generating the report.
