Bulk activity and milestone move

There may be times when there is a project delay that affects all upcoming activities. In these cases, you can delay all the activities and milestones using the contextual menu: 

  1. Right-click a cell or press and hold on a touchscreen. 
  2. In the menu, select Delay tags.
  3. A dialog will appear with:
    • Move day tag selector — choose how many days to delay the tags (1–20). 
    • All lanes toggle — enable this to delay not only the tags in the selected lane, but all lanes starting from that day forward. This may take some time and a progress indicator will appear.
  4. Click Save to move the activities and milestones or Cancel to discard changes. 

Notes: 

  • Nialli™ Visual Planner automatically respects workdays, so moved tags will land only on valid days — even when shifting part of an activity. Tags can be manually moved into nonworking days.
  • Dependencies, including inter-lane ones, are preserved. 
  • When shifting tags forward, enter the number of days.
  • Both undo and redo actions are supported.
