Create a new plan
To create a new plan, follow these steps:
- To begin, go to the Nialli™ Visual Planner platform at: https://software.nialli.com/
- Sign in using your email address and password.
- In the Plans list dashboard, scroll to the bottom and click the Add plan button.
Note: To create a new plan in Nialli Visual Planner, you will need your permission level set to Subscription Administrator or Plan Administrator.
A New plan panel will appear on the right side of the interface. Fill in the following fields:
- Subscription — (Mandatory) Select the subscription this plan will be associated with (if you have multiple subscriptions).
- Plan name — (Mandatory) Give your plan a clear, descriptive name.
- Week starts on — Choose which day your workweek begins (Monday by default).
- Working days — Use the toggle switches to mark which days are working days and which are considered days off. (Sunday and Saturday are days off by default.)
With the sample plan option enabled (by switching the toggle), you can add sample data. This will populate your plan with:
- Sample activities
- Milestones
- Phase pull tasks
- Trades
- Reasons for variance
Note: This sample content will help you explore Visual Planner and understand key functionality without starting from scratch.
4. Click Save to create the plan or Cancel to discard and return to the dashboard.
