The Daily view tab is an in-app report that provides a simplified day-by-day breakdown of activities scheduled across trades. It’s ideal for distributing daily work information to teams, supervisors and external stakeholders — even those who don’t have access to the live plan.
With this view, you can filter by trade, set the report duration and easily export to PDF for sharing or printing.
Accessing the daily view report
To open the daily view report:
- In the menu on the left, click Reports.
- Select the Daily view tab at the top of the screen.
Filter and customize your daily view
To tailor the report to your needs, click the Daily view setup button at the top right of the window:
- Select trades — choose specific trades to include.
- Select a start date — define when the report should begin by using the calendar.
- Set report duration — choose how many weeks to include.
Note: Lanes that are minimized in the plan view will not be shown in the daily view report. Make sure any lane you want included is fully expanded before generating the report.
View and export the daily report
When in the Daily report tab, click the Export to PDF button to save or print the report.
Note: A PDF copy is useful for sharing with stakeholders who do not have access to the digital plan.
