How do I add users to a plan?
Plan admins can add users manually to a plan. Alternatively, they can import a CSV file of users in the Users area of the plan settings. The Users area can be accessed by clicking the green and white Nialli (“n”) icon in the upper-left corner of the application.
What user roles/permissions are available?
Available roles include:
- Plan admin
- Edit all
- Edit my trade
- View only
When a subscription is set up, the subscription administrator permission is given to the person nominated by the organization. This person sets up plans and assigns plan admins, who then assign the above permissions to users.
