How to fix common login issues for Nialli™ Visual Planner

Basic authentication troubleshooting 

  1. Double-check your email address for correct spelling.
  2. Verify that Caps Lock is turned off when entering your password.
  3. Confirm you’re using the correct password. 

Password recovery options 

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it by following these steps: 

  1. On the sign-in page enter your email address and click Continue
  2. On the next screen, click the "Forgot password" tab. 
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the secure password reset process.

Connection and network considerations 

  1. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  2. Refresh the web page or restart your browser.
  3. Check for potential firewall or proxy blockages, especially on corporate networks.
