User roles and permissions
Learn about user permission levels and access privileges in Nialli™ Visual Planner.
Nialli™ Visual Planner uses a role-based access model to ensure that users have appropriate permissions based on their responsibilities within a project or organization. This article outlines the available roles and their corresponding permissions.
Note: Only subscription admins and plan admins can add new users and set their corresponding permission levels in the plan settings.
Subscription admin
Subscription admins have the highest level of access. They are able to manage organizational settings and oversee all plans within a subscription. They create the plans in a subscription and assign plan admins to set up a plan.
Permissions
- Access and manage the Subscription management portal.
- Create new plans within the subscription
Subscription admins are automatically added as plan admins to all newly created plans in the subscription (they can be removed by other plan admins if needed).
