When is the migration happening?

Nialli will begin reaching out to subscription administrators in early October, with the migrations planned to occur on a rolling basis for the following few months.

We will reach out to each subscription admin individually to discuss the migration process and schedule a convenient time to complete the process. No action will be required during the migration. Our team will seamlessly move the plans to the new platform and let users know when it’s complete.
