How to navigate the Reasons for Variance section of the Subscription Management Portal

As a subscription administrator, you can define a standardized list of reasons for variance to be used across your organization. These reasons are used in all subscriptions and plans for tracking task delays and missed commitments. 

Note: Only subscription administrators can access this portal. Learn more about Nialli™ Visual Planner permission levels. 

Managing variance reasons 

In the reasons for variance section, you can: 

  • Add new reasons to reflect common causes of delay.
  • Edit existing reasons to refine language.
  • Delete outdated or unused reasons.
